1 hour session to discuss the basic scope of what a doula can provide. This time will also give client and doula a chance to get to know each other and determine whether the fit is right.

Customized session of informational, emotional, and practical support. Minimum 3 hour booking.
1 hour virtual support call (phone call or video call) followed by unlimited text/email support for 1 week.
10 hours of continuous overnight support. Get a good night of rest while being assured that your baby is being well taken care of. Doula will perform everything from diaper changes to soothing to helping with overnight feedings.
